Dear Sir pleas find in closed report of U.S. Parker Said Parker was absent when I received the blank Reports and is yet tho I sent him blank and he returned it to me adn I inclose it to you please inform me if it is all right so I can pay him his money also whether you wish me to send you the recetes for the monney I have paid out for improvement made on school houses and material for the same Yours Very Respectfully
