Tappahannock July 27th/69, Mr. Manly Dear Sir, I received the five dollars you fowarded for the month of June, also your note. I am very Sorry to learn, in your note, that the five dollars the note contained, were the last as the five dollars, which I received from the Peabody funds, is my [[strikethrough]] ott [[/strikethrough]] only dependence for paying my board. I forward to you two of the Small blanks, as all of the larger blanks are served up. Should you wish for a farther continence of reports, please forward some of the larger blanks, by return of mail. Should there be any more of the Peabody funds left, you can get [[strikethrough]] Some [[/strikethrough]] five dollars. Please Sir, forward it to me.
