Dear Sir,

Yours dated July the 20th is rec'd; a want of time has caused my delay.  

The answers you desired, are as follows.  

1. The size of the church is 24 by 34 feet. it is a frame building.  The floor for the lower room and gallery is yet to be laid;  the windows, and pews are to be made, and placed;  there are pillows to be fixed under the gallery;  the house is to be lathed, plastered, and white washed - then, it is near about finished. 

2.  The price of sawed lumber is $16 a thousand, $84.39c. would about pay for the lumber, which would
