Dear Sir
I received your letter. On the 21 Inst. I was looking for an answer from you in regard to the letter that I wrote to you on the tenth day of this month. having not received an answer from you I will let you know what has taken place.  Since I wrote to you the first of the month the teacher, Mr. Saunders then has left and he has gotten an nother one Since that time. he Says that he will get Rent for his house. please dont pay him any thing for It this year this makes three teachers that he has in that house this year. he Says that he Will Brake my School. [[?]] but I will let him See that he can not do that It Will be a pleasure to me Mr. Manly If you Will not Pay him any thing for his house You Will please Write Soon I Wish you
