Yours of 21st without my letter of Julia Jones at hand.

We had intend City Point school for her because she selects that school. We have other teachers we could send there if the N.Y. Branch want Miss Jones. We think the City Point school should be kept up and if Miss Jones decides to go with the N.Y.B.  all right. let us know & we will send two other teacher we have no objection. 

Our rental account for schools in your state has just been sent on here for signature of his.
As I understand Genl Howard, we are entitled to rent for our school houses for 12 mos. in the year. the vacation months as well as the others. I wish you would have our
