Dear Sir, We are having a little trouble in Fredericksburg, in regard to the right of using the basement, of the Church. Mr. Dixon and his party are not satisfied that our school should go on quietly. Now I wish to know if Government appropriated money for school purposes, or for the benefit of the Church if for the school, who shall control the school-room,
