West Point
Oct. 20th 1869
My dear Sir, 
Yours of the 9th with that of the 16th have been aced. The latter I presume met with some delay, on account of the mails coming here only twice per week. Us, Tuesdays and Fridays.
Miss Kelly on instruction will reopen school at West Point on Monday 25th. inst.
Repairs at Eltham as requested will be made I hope by this and end of ensuing week.
There is at Eltham a little difficulty
