Sir: Reported our arrival on the 18th ult. Commenced school a week later, consequently have taught but four days in October. The delay was occasioned by the unsettled state of affairs respecting a boarding place- expecting are this to be obliged to report departure Blanks and books rec'd. During the four days but twenty-one pupils were present, average attendance sixteen. Taught five hours each day.
