Dear Sir
Through the politeness of bro Morgan, I send you this note, in reference to my rent for September. If you remember, you wrote to me stating that when my school Commenced again, you would aid me all that you could, subsequently you made arrangements to pay rent only through the recommendation of the Pa Association, Mr. Corson in his instructions to Mr. [[?]], said that the Association will not pay anything prior to October therefore the Association will not draw rent for me - for that month. I think you can safely give me rent as no one else can draw it, bro Morgan will answer any question in regard to myself or School. that he can. I remain your fraternally R. A. Perkins
