Dear Sir, 
Your letter is received & the Committee will accept the ladies whom you mention - Mrs. Bradley & Miss Bass, as the two Southern teachers whom they had previously voted to take, & will be glad to have them, & also their other Richmond teachers, report to them monthly, as usual.  Will you have the kindness to furnish all with blanks?  In regard to rental, I quote our Treasurer's reply.
