Dear Sir,

I have yours of the 8th & am delighted that you are going to transfer Jennings - I consider it a most excellent lesson for these people to find that keeping their teachers depends upon themselves & believe in transferring three or four times, if necessary.

If there is a prospect of full schools at Olivet Church and Indian Town (so that we can draw the $10. from the Bureau) we can afford, I find, to send you teachers by the first of December, & will do so, unless you agree with me that they had better wait until January first, the holidays rendering December such a broken month to open with. Please let me know your opinion & preference & we will be guided by you. This question refers to new teachers,
