Rev. R. M. Manly
Dear Sir,
Mr. Davis wrote that there were plenty of children at Eltham, but the parents would not send them to Mr. Urlliacius, because they do not like him. Is there any good reason for the dislike + shall I send him home as not competent? He has but nineteen pupils.
When the teachers have day + night school, shall they report both together? It seems to me the simplest method, but it may not serve for your reports- please tell me which you prefer.
One piece of experience I think
