Dear Sir:-
Josiah Thomas' school commenced Nov. 29th toward which you promised me $10.00 per month. I expect another school will stand at Buckland this month, provided I can get the money to pay the teacher. I could get along with less than $20 a month.

At both points they talk of building school-houses, and at the 1st I think they would succeed by some encouragement & help. How much could I get through you toward building new schools houses at both those points, or either of them.
