Dear Sir;-

I have the honor to ask you for some Black Reports.
Our Teachers Institute will come off on next Wednesday and Thursday. Your presence on that occasion would please and profit our teachers greatly. Of course you will know best whether our numbers and material are of sufficient magnitude to induce you to [[the]] among, if you have convenience to do so. Should the weather favor I expect about eighteen teachers, and half as many desiring to become teaches in attendance
