Mr R.M. Manly.

Dear Sir

I am compelled to say that unless I can find some other way of getting money I will be compelled to give up the idea of getting to Bowling Green to teach the school it is impossible for me to collect any money at present is but one way of getting it that I can see and that is this way. I have taught school from the 26 of April untill the month of October with the exception of the time of Registration & election taken out and then I kept the schools in opperation by an assistant and the whole time would be five months unpaid for and I can certify that it will average 30 schollars per month for that time. Part of it I had fifty four schollars and if you could get me the ten dollars per month for that time it would be a great help to me and teaching the school has been the cause of my failure to get employment at anything else
