 I sincerely hope you will hold on to the $1500 quite a spell longer. I cannot  give up the idea of a school building for Portsmouth But the most feasible plan under all considerations seemed to have the school in the churches specially, on account of the poverty of the people and the great danger from fire. The only barrier in that case seems the Court Lt Trustees who have singed
