Very respectfully & Truly.

Dr. Parker
Dear Sir:
The signature to the foreign's letter seems to have been omitted by mistake. It is in the hand-writing of Rev. E. P. Smith's clerk and was undoubtedly dictate by Dr. Smith himself. I have no knowledge of Mrs. St. Johns or of the enterprise she represents: - if there is such a lady and such an enterprise. I believe you will know fully of the merits of the case. Will you have the kindness to inform me, by letter addressed to me at 605 Broad St. or by an interview at any time you may name.
Yours Resfly.
R. M. Manly
