3. The place now destitute & where good schools can
can be established are the following- Franklin Depot,
on S & RRR at Blk. Water River, where the numbers of scholars between the ages of six & twenty one years
will amount to about forty or fifty - Another can
be established as or near Newsoms Depot in a church (which they already have erected) and will number between twenty and thirty scholars requiring nothing excepting books, one other can establish near the town of
Jerusalem in a section of the county known as the
Indian Woods & will number between twenty & thirty scholars
4. Neither encouragement or any obstacles exist as to the establishing of schools referred to -
