from the crowd out side the building where I received the prisener from the constible
I suppose the case is not one which the Bureau can settle, and if it was the man would not be safe ten minutes after he was released or turned over to civil authorities and I should think the case would be a proper one for court martial I also think the other man should be punished if he lives to get over his wounds which I think is rather doubtful for his bowels were riped open so they run out but believe his intrals were not injured. There was a white man killed out in the country last Saturday night about 15 miles from here, the civil police were making moves to arrest there the murderers

Bureau Business goes off all right and lovely

I have the honor to be very respectfully
