Pipkin Admr. of the Estate of Raymond Castrix (decs'd.) Also application of Robt. Castrix (cold) a natural son of Raymond Castrix, for a share in the Estate. Calls attention to the statements concerning the disposition required by Military orders to be made of the rents & profits. Those orders are still in force. Forwards an application of other heirs of Raymond Castrix for a share in the rents. As the case is an intricate one I have delcined to order the property restored for the present. Equity requires that Hannah Castrix & her children should be provided for out of the Estate.
