I have received the Invoice & the goods shiped me from N. &. N. Freedmen Relief Association No 76 John Street. Will you please forward me the necessary blanks to account for them, as also some explicit instructions as to the disposition to be made of them. I can not find circular 21, & I have in no 23th nor 45th. Am I to give them away, and account for them on 52. An early answer to this will greatly oblige your obedient servant
