I have the honor herewith to give you a few general facts as I am the Agent of the Bureau at this City and vicinity. You will doubtless hear from some other source about a disturbance that occured in this City last night about 11 O clock. I have been all day investigating the affair, and have come to the conclusion that as there is quite a number of colored men living here that used to be soldiers in our Army and were here on duty and some were, insolent even to the Ladies of the City. It appears that last night about 2 hours after the Steam Boat had come after the soldiers
