Mr. Yasuo Kuniyoshi
Woodstock, New York

Dear Mr. Kuniyoshi:
The Woodstock Observation Post is deeply appreciative of your kind offer to help with our work. As they are in real need of observers it is particularly hard to have to refuse your generous offer of assistance and this rejection is based entirely on a ruling which prohibits the use of any but American citizens and their allies for qualified Observers in the Aircraft Warning Service.
Please accept our thanks and regrets that we are unable to make use of your desire to help in the fight for Freedom.

Sincerely yours,
