I have know H[[strikethrough]] i [[/strikethrough]] eckman for some time. He seems to be very gentle and quiet man and I never thought that he's any more than what he appears to be. But more I know of him, he really is very fine and he's very good in telling dirty stories. He doesn't appear to be that way, [[strikethrough]] and as a matter of fact, he blushed when he's telling dirty stories. I enjoy very much the way he does it, because he is a good story teller.

But he works hard and he is very precise. I am afraid his work is not creative-- it is not too bad but it is not good. Rather the things are on the dull side.
He seems to have a reason and to certain extent he has direction, and it has also certain depth but I wouldn't ever notice his work if he were not a friend of mine.
I think his work will pass almost all jury exhibitions. It has no fault and it has good colors. But his attitude is very heavy in expression and attitude itself I'm afraid nothing there. Just to paint
