JAPANESE AMERICANS TO HOLD FAR EAST VICTORY RALLY ON EVE OF 'REMEMBER PEARL HARBOR' DAY

On the eve of "Remember Pearl Harbor" Day, loyal Japanese Americans will hold a mass rally at the City Center Casino to repledge their determination that the Japanese government responsible for the December 7th sneak attack on Pearl Harbor must be completely destroyed.

An annual event since 1941 of the Japanese American Committee for Democracy, the only organization among that group committed to such a stand against fascism, this year's rally will place particular emphasis on what United Nations victory in the Far East must include to have any meaning for the peoples of Asia. - The encouragement of every democratic trend so that the peoples' hope for the Four Freedoms does not die still born.

Speakers at the Rally include Pearl Buck, author and chairman of the East and West Association; William S. Gailmor, noted new analyst; Yasuo Kuniyoshi, first-prize winner of the current Carnegie International; Shih Kwan, editor of the China Daily News; Michael J. Obermeier, president of Local 6, Hotel and Club Employees Union; Charles Bidien, chairmen of the United Victory Committee for the
