Dear Yas:

I am returning a condensation of your answers to my questionnaire. I believe this will give us a general idea of what the group wants to do with the exhibitions.

If you will fill in the forms and underline your choices, in view of the names submitted, we should narrow down the jurors for consideration.

I plan to be in Woodstock and New York for a day or two May first and meet with as many of you as possible. I hope by that time to have opinions from all of the board members so that was can decide on the shows and put as much information as possible about them on the calendar to have at the first general meeting of the association members.

John Taylor has offered his resignation for personal reasons. I am sorry he felt it necessary because he is a valuable member and worker for the association. I believe Arnold Blanch is the first alternate and will replace Taylor.

A memorial for Joy West, previously promised will precede the regular shows in the gallery.

A memorial show for Austin Mecklem should be held during the summer. It has been suggested in the list.

Edward Millman and Adrian Siegel have exchanged duties; since Adrian had been on extension the year before.

Any additional suggestions you may have will be welcomed.

With best wishes.

Sincerely,

Ralph
