I would respectfully call attention to letter of Maj. P. C. Mann to Dap's Johnson. dated May 16th asking permission to purchase thirty five Blank Books of various sizes or to have the same furnished. These books are required by the Sub-District office to comply with my order to keep a complete and perfect record of the business of this office, and I would request that they be finished as soon as possible, or that he be authorized to purchase the same.

Very Respectfully
