Respectfully refered to the Asst Commr. for instructions. I have sent a guard to Bladen Co. to arrest the within named men and bring them to these Hd Qrs. as Lieut Northrop informs he cannot obtain the aid of the Civil Authorities and if the men are not arrested immediately there is danger of their escaping. I will commit them to the Guard House here if they are arrested and await further instructions as to what disposition shall be made of them
