By a recent decision of the Supreme Court of this State, the indentures of the Saunders children to Russell are declared to be void. 

This decision of the court will embrace the Ross, and Littleton cases, and will cover all cases, when notice of the application to the County Court to bind out minors, was not given to the parents or next of kin, or when the children were not present in Court at the time of the binding out. 

This settles, in favour of the parents, most all the cases reported to the Bureau in this state.
