Charges and Specifications against Warren T. Frizzle, a citizen of Pitt County N.C.

Charge. Shooting with intent to kill.

Specification I. "In this that he the said Warren T. Frizzle, a citizen of Pitt County, N.C. did, with intent to kill, and without just cause or provocation shoot and seriously and dangerously wound in several places with buck shot, or other deadly missiles, discharged from a loaded gun, one Joel Patrick, a citizen of Pitt County No. Carolina."

All this at or near Cotentnea Creek, Pitt County N.C. on or about the 2nd day of October, 1866.

Specification II. In this that he, the said Warren T. Frizzle, a citizen of Pitt County, N.C. did with intent to kill and without just cause or provocation, waylay and shoot and dangerously and most seriously wound, one Richard Turner, a citizen of Pitt County, No. Ca. then in the employ of Joel Patrick, in a number of place with buck shot, or other deadly missiles discharged from a loaded gun. 

All this on or about the 2nd day of October 1866, at or near Contentnea Creek Pitt County N.C.
