Respectfully returned have taken no action in regard to this case, at all. the Said Moore informed me that he had Some Six brothers. & Claims of this kind must be made Jointly by all the brothers So that nothing Can be done until all the brothers Come together. I explained this to Moore in answer to his Last letter
