Personally appeared before me Jno. J Conoley, J.P., P.W. Fanning who maketh affirmation that he has for a long time been acquainted with Charlotte A. Owens, and that he knows her (being seriously afflicted) to be in a suffering condition, worthy of any charity that may be bestowed.
