Lindbacks. In their party will be their house guests, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph A. Slattery, Philadelphia. Mr. and Mrs. Charles A. Criqui also will entertain. Additional patrons named are the Norman L. Notemans, James J. Archbolds, Mr. and Mrs. Edwin S. Stackhouse and Mrs. William F. Whitman. Proceeds of the ball, sponsored by a representative group, will be used to procure aviation facilities for the relief of disaster victims in this country and China. In charge of arrangements are Ruth Nichols, one of the country's outstanding fliers, and Ya-ching Lee, Chinese aviatrix, assisted by residents of Metropolitan Miami. THE MAIMA DAILY NEWS TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 4, 1941 "Relief Wings" Will Sponsor Benefit Dance "Relief Wings", an international organization, will give a benefit dance at Ben Marden's Colonial Inn, Friday at Hollywood. The proceeds will go toward the aid of American and Chinese aviation Directing the affair will be one of the America's foremost women fliers, Ruth Nichols, who is executive director, and Miss Ya-Ching Lee, Chinese division director, the only Chinese member of America's exclusive "Caterpillar Club." Heading the Greater Miami Regional committee, sponsoring this "Relief Wings" benefit are, Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Barton, Mrs. McAlpin Belle of Palm Beach, Mr. and Mrs. Leslie Buswell, Mr. and Mrs. William Danforth, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Gannett, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Gifford, Mr. and Mrs. Steven A. Lynch, jr., Mr. and Mrs. Daniel S. Mahoney, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Merrill, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Sykes, C. L. Clements, President Chase Federal and Loan association; Mrs. Dorothy Lee Ward, chairman Patrons committee; Henry L. Dougherty, Col.
