Dear Mr. Gilbert:

Thank you for sending me the questionnaire, which I am now returning to you completely filled out. I am sorry that I could not return it to you sooner as I was out of town, and just recently returned home.

I am very much interested in working for an airline, and would welcome an opportunity to work for you. However my earnings have always been about $250 per month, and at present they run over $300 per month. My employers have never begrudged paying me , because I have always done a good conscientious and safe job in flying.

If you could make me a fair proposition, I will be only too glad to consider it.

Sincerely yours,

Michael A. Gitt,
