Mr. Michael A. Gitt

Dear Mr. Gitt;

Your letter addressed to our Mr. O'Donovan was turned over to this office for further handling.

There is an age limit of thirty years, which we try to adhere to when employing First Officers. This is only a Company regulation and therefore, it is sometimes weived. This appears to be the only qualification you can not meet.

At the time further openings occur, you may be assured that we will give your application every consideration, regardless of this age limit.

Very truly yours,
