C4.32  CLEVELAND AIRWAY TRAFFIC CONTROL CENTER

C4.320  SPECIFICATIONS OF REPORTING POINTS

C4.3200  The reporting points for the Cleveland Airway Traffic Control Center are defined as follows, for convenient reference. Reporting points other than those listed under the standard reporting points for individual routes may be specifically requested by the Center.

C4.32000  Aircraft reporting over a reporting point shall furnish:

(1) Time and altitude over reporting point.
(2) Estimate to the next reporting point.

C4.32001  Stop times:

C4.320010  Aircraft landing at reporting points shall furnish:

(1) Time on the ground.
(2)Instrument Approach - The initial time and altitude over the range station. 

C4.320011  Aircraft departing from a reporting point shall furnish:

(1) Time off the ground. 
(2) Estimate to the next reporting point. 

C4.32002  Inbound flight plans: 

(1) Westbound flights over Pittsburgh report over time is lieu of departure time. 
(2) Flight plans for flights originating at Detroit enroute to Cleveland or Toledo, shall be furnished at least ten minutes prior to departure time. 

C4.32003  Outbound flight plans: 

(1) Complete flight plan to the Cleveland boundary shall be furnished ten minutes prior to departure time. 

C4.32004  When being held in flight at a reporting point, aircraft shall report both time of arrival and departure at the holding point.
