C4.30004 When being held in flight at a reporting point, aircraft shall report both time of arrival and departure at the holding point.
C4.30005 Definitions of reporting points:
(1) ALBANY - 
The Albany radio range station or departure time.
(2) NEW HACKENSACK - 
The New Hackensack radio range station.
(3) PORT CHESTER
The Port CHester fan type arker or the intersection of the south leg of New Hackensack, the northeast leg of Newark and the northeast leg of New York (LaGuardia) radio ranges.

Note: Flights proceeding in accordance with contact flight rules south of New Hackensack to or form New York (La Guardia) may cross the northeast leg of the New ark radio range in the vicinity of Yonkers, New York.

(4) NEW YORK -
The New York (LaGuardia) radio range station.
(5) WESTFIELD - 
The Westfield radio range station or departure time.
(6) BOSTON - 
The Boston radio range station or departure time.
(7) PROVIDENCE - 
The Providence radio range station or departure time.
(8) SALEM - 
The intersection of a track of 260 degrees from Providence and the southeast leg of the Hartford radio range.
