"Sec. 6. In addition to the hourly and mileage pay stipulated in Sections 2, 3, 4 and 5 of this Supplemental Agreement, each pilot shall receive his regular base pay in accordance with Section 3 of the Agreement.

"Sec. 7. Irrespective of any provision of this Supplemental Agreement, any pilot covered hereby shall receive a minimum monthly salary of not less than $800.00 per month.

"PAY COPILOTS

"Sec. 8. On the part of the ________ Division west of ________ copilots' hourly pay shall be paid monthly in accordance with the following rates:
(a) $1.80 per hour for day flying.
(b) $2.40 per hour for night flying.

"Sec. 9. On the part of the ________ Division east of ________ copilots' hourly pay shall be paid in accordance with the following rates:
(a) $2.50 per hour for day flying.
(b) $3.30 per hour for night flying.

"Sec.10. In addition to the hourly pay stipulated in Sections 8 and 9 of this Supplemental Agreement, each copilot shall receive his regular base pay in accordance with Section 9 of the Agreement.

"Sec.11. Irrespective of any provision of this Supplemental Agreement, any copilot covered hereby shall receive a minimum monthly salary of not less that $400.00 per month.

"SCOPE OF SALARIES

"Sec.12. Unless otherwise mutually agreed by the parties hereto, the salary provisions of this Supplemental Agreement shall apply only to bi-motor equipment.

"INTERNMENT OR PRISONER OF WAR

"Sec.13. (a) Any pilot or copilot in the employ of the Company who may be interned or become a prisoner of war while flying as a pilot or copilot regularly or on part time, or as a student, or as a passenger, or while deadheading, on the Company's _________ Division, shall receive the minimum monthly pay each month stipulated in Sections 7 and 11 of this Supplemental Agreement, according to his pilot status when interned or becoming a prisoner of war, and for the duration of such internment or captivity.

(b) The moneys provided for in Section 13 (a) shall be paid monthly in the manner directed by the one interned or who became a prisoner of war, and if communications are not feasible or are impossible, and the pilot or copilot has not directed the Company otherwise, the said pay stipulated in subsection (a) of Section 13 shall be
