This decision is contrary to the recommendations of the Board's own examiners; is believed fraught with legal error and, at our instance, is now being reviewed by the United States Circuit Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia. Based upon the obvious merits of our case we anticipate that the Court will remand the case to the Board for reconsideration with the final result that a favorable award of rout connections will be received by Colonial.
