expense incurred for meals in accordance with the rates established in paragraphs (b) -1 and -2 of this section.

(c) SPECIAL
All pilots ordered by the Company to duty involving circumstances of temporary or special nature shall be paid all reasonable expenses incurred thereby, the amounts of which are subject to Company approval.

(d) TRANSPORTATION
The Company's policy of providing transportation to pilots when away from base turn-around stations, from the field to pre-determined pickup points within the metropolitan areas at such turn-around stations and return, shall be maintained. When such transportation is not made available by the Company due to emergencies, transportation costs at established rates shall be paid to the crew members. At all other times, at turn-around stations, pilots shall be reimbursed to the extent of 50c per crew member per trip to and from metropolitan areas at turn-around stations. At all other points of landing other than turn-around terminals, the actual transportation costs of pilots at established rates shall be paid. 

MOVING EXPENSES:
Sec. 14.

Successful bidders on bulletined runs, and pilots making mutual transfers with the approval of the Company, shall pay their own moving expenses to their new base, except that the Company shall furnish space-available transportation for such pilots and their immediate families, to the extent permitted by law. Moving expenses of all other pilot transfers, except during the training period incident to original employment, shall be borne by the Company. 

VACATIONS:
Sec. 15.

(a) After the completion of one year's service with the Company, pilots shall be given two weeks' vacation with pay each year including the first year as follows:
