(f) Pilots in the employ of the Company based outside the continental United States shall be paid in United States currency, or its equivalent, in the same manner and in the same amounts as the Company's pilots based within the continental United States.

HOURLY PAY COMPUTATION:
2. Section 4 of the Agreement is hereby amended to read as follows:

(a) In addition to base pay each first pilot or reserve pilot, for flying pay purposes, shall be paid hourly flying pay at rates based upon the speed of the equipment flown and whether such flying is day or night flying as follows:

(b) When an air line aircraft is procured and placed into regular air line operation having a standard gross weight of more than 30,000 pounds, or more than two motors, conferences may, irrespective of any provisions of Section 37 of the Agreement, be initiated under the provisions of the Railway Labor Act, as amended, for the purpose of negotiation salaries, rules, and working conditions of pilots and co-pilots for such equipment. 

MINIMUM PAY RESERVE PILOTS:

3. Section 8 of the Agreement is hereby amended to read as follows:
(a) On the days a reserve pilot flies as a first pilot and on the days that he flies as a co-pilot he shall be paid
