AMENDMENT No. 3

SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
between
COLONIAL AIRLINES, INC.
and
THE AIRLINE PILOTS IN THE SERVICE OF COLONIAL AIRLINES, INC.
as represented by 
THE AIR LINE PILOTS ASSOCIATION, INTERNATIONAL

THIS SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT made and entered into in accordance with the provisions of the Railway Labor Act, as amended, by and between the COLONIAL AIRLINES, INC. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and the AIR LINE PILOTS in the service of COLONIAL AIRLINES, INC. as represented by the AIR LINE PILOTS ASSOCIATION, INTERNATIONAL (hereinafter referred to as the "Association").

WITNESSETH

WHEREAS, the Company and the Association desire to amend and supplement their Pilots' Employment Agreement, effective August 10, 1940, as supplemented by Memorandum of Understanding effective June 1, 1942, and by Amendment to Agreement, effective October 1, 1944.

NOW, THEREFORE, it is mutually agreed and understood by and between the parties to this Supplemental Agreement that the rates of compensation, rules, and working conditions stipulated herein shall be in force and effect on the Company's "Bermuda Operation," provided that all parts of the Agreement entered into by and between CONOLINAL AIRLINES, INC. AND THE AIR LINE PILOTS ASSOCIATION, INTERNATIONAL as the representative of the COLONIAL AIRLINES, INC. pilots effective August 10, 1940, as supplemented and amended, not specifically changed in this Supplemental Agreement shall remain in full force and effect for all of the Company's pilots and co-pilots.
