MOVING EXPENSES:

Section 6. The Company will pay the moving expenses relating to the transfer of first pilots and co-pilots from his base station on any part of the Company's domestic operation to a base station located on any part of the Company's Bermuda Operation, irrespective of whether or not he is a successful bidder, subject to the provisions of Section 14 (a) and (b).

INSURANCE BENEFITS:

Section 7. In the event that flying on the Bermuda Operation shall cause an increase in premium for personal life insurance policies carried by any pilot, the Company will, on prompt submission of proof, reimburse the pilot for such increased premium.

WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION BENEFITS:

Section 8. The New York State Compensation Law of the Longshoreman's and Harbor Workers' Act, whichever is found in a particular case to be most beneficial to the one covered, if living, or to his dependents if he becomes deceased, shall apply to all first pilots and co-pilots assigned to the Company's Bermuda Operation.

MISSING, INTERNED, OR HOSTAGE:

Section 9. Any first pilot or co-pilot assigned to the Company's Bermuda Operation who becomes missing, interned, or held as a hostage shall be entitled to monthly compensation as provided below, until released from such internment or hostage, or, if missing, until death is establish in fact or is presumed in accordance with this rule. Such monthly compensation shall be equal to the rate being paid to such pilot at the time he becomes missing, interned, or held as hostage. Said monthly compensation will be paid to the beneficiary or beneficiaries designated by said pilot and filed with the Company. If the whereabouts or existence of a pilot is not reasonably ascertained or established within twenty-four (24) months of his disappearance, he shall be presumed to be dead.
