(i) In the event of termination of employment by the Company, a pilot shall be paid for a vacation earned but not previously taken.

12. All the provisions of the Agreement, as supplemented and amended, not specifically changed or amended by this Amendment shall remain in full force and effect.

THIS AMENDMENT shall become effective on July 1, 1947 and shall remain in full force and effect concurrently with the Pilots' Employment Agreement effective August 1, 1941, as supplemented and amended, subject to the provisions of Section 37 of such Agreement.
