Enclosed please find a copy of a memo that I put out to all pilots regarding our contract negotiations.
These moral "boosters" make everyone's job so much more pleasant. It is the way we each and all feel about this new contract, It should reflect a better pilot company relations. Any time you need help in furthering this relationship, you can always depend on the Council. Just call on us.
I want to personally thank [[handwritten]] you for [[/handwritten]] your part in our contract negotiations. You helped considerably in creating a cordial atmosphere so that everybody was able to work in a constructive manner.
