16. When the pilot of an air carrier aircraft receives and acknowledges a traffic clearance, including an expected approach time or no delay expected-and-such clearance is not cancelled or amended by later instructions the pilot shall understand- check correct one
(a) that he is to continuously perform the standard holding procedure-until such time as further clearance is received or acknowledged
(b) Performs standard holding procedure for thirty minutes and then continue with his approach.
(c) Descent immediately to 1500' and call the tower
