Section 3033                                    STARTING & STOPPING ENGINES

A. POSITION OF CONTROL PRIOR TO STARTING ENGINES
1. Gear selector should be "down" and flap selector "up" if airplane has been standing. It is the responsibility of flight crew to see that there is at least 500 lbs. of pressure on both the system and landing gear pressure gauges, with gear selector in neutral, before starting engines.

B. STARTING ENGINES
