Sections 3421 - Operations Specifications - Airport 

IV. Take-Off Minimums, Regular, Refueling and Provisional Airports- Reduced Visibility

(a) Two-Engine Aircraft. Except where otherwise specified in the Operations Specifications - Airport, take-offs with two-engine aircraft may be made from regular, refueling and provisional airports, with a reduction of 1/4 mile in visibility below the minimums specified in Operations Specifications - Airport, for each increase of 200 feet in ceiling above the minimums specified in Operations Specifications - Airport, until the visibility is reduced to 1/2 mile, provided an alternate airport is within 100 miles of the point of take-off to which the aircraft's normal single engine performance would permit it to proceed with one engine inoperative and at which airport weather conditions are at or above the alternate minimums approved for such airport. 

(b) Four-Engine Aircraft. Except where otherwise specified in the Operations Specifications - Airport, take-offs with four-engine aircraft may be made from regular, refueling and provisional airports, with a reduction of 1/4 mile in visibility below the minimums specified in Operations Specifications - Airport, for each increase of 200 feet in ceiling above the minimums specified in Operations Specifications - Airport, until the visibility is reduced to 1/2 mile, provided an alternate airport is within 300
