1. Except during decent, places shall not be flown on instruments over this route below the following minimum altitudes.

A. New York to Ottawa: (via UL or ME)
1. The portion of the route between New York and Montreal to be operated as outlined in section 3511. From Montreal proceed west on the west leg of the Montreal range until a clear on course signal, of the east leg of the Ottawa range is received there proceed to the Ottawa Range station.
