Section 3514 Route Procedure: SR-OW-UL-Instrument Operation

NORTHBOUND
1. Proceed from Syracuse on the north leg (14 [[degrees]]) of the Syracuse range station to Henderson Bay the intersection of the southwest (VAR) (visual) leg of the Watertown range station. Proceed along the southwest (visual) leg of the Watertown range to the Watertown range sta. If a landing is to be made at Watertown, proceed with the standard Watertown instrument procedure. If not landing at Watertown, proceed out northeast leg of Watertown range to Ogdensburg, the intersection of the northeast Watertown and southwest leg of Massena (VAR) range station. From Ogdensburg follow the southwest leg Massena range to the range station. If landing to be made at Massena, proceed with standard instrument approach. 

2. From Massena to Ottawa proceed out the northwest (aural) leg of Massena (VAR) range station to the intersection of the east leg of the Ottawa radio range station. Then follow the east leg of the Ottawa radio range station to the Ottawa range station. 

3. From Massena to Montreal, proceed out the northeast (visual) leg of the Massena (VAR) radio range station to the intersection of the south leg of the Montreal radio range station. Then follow the south leg of the Montreal radio to the Montreal range station. 

E. SOUTHBOUND 
1. Proceed from Montreal on the south leg of the Montreal radio range station to the intersection of the northeast leg of the Massena (VAR) radio range station. Follow the northeast (visual) leg to Massena range station. If landing Massena proceed with standard instrument approach. 

2. From Ottawa, proceed out east leg of Ottawa radio range station to the intersection of the northwest (aural) leg of the Massena ratio range station. Follow the northwest (aural) leg of Massena radio range station to Massena range station. If landing proceed with standard instrument approach.
